Manchester Cheesecake Company is a unique bakery with one focus -creating the best cheesecake for our customers.

Give your taste buds a treat with a cheesecake from Manchester Cheesecake Company! Since 2020 we have been keeping the amazing people of Manchester well-fed and happy with our scrumptious cheesecakes. Our original creations and signature products are sure to exceed all of your expectations.

Teresa is a passionate baker, with a commitment to our community and she plans on continuing this tradition for years to come.

Manchester Cheesecake Co. got our start inside the Manchester Mall, located at 811 Main Street in Manchester. Purchased in 1975 by her grandfather, Ken Burkhamp, this unique space was the perfect place for Teresa to take her first steps as a business owner. Surrounded by other unique shops and entrepreneurs, the Manchester Cheesecake Co. grew strong roots.

Since the start of 2022, Manchester Cheesecake Co. has lacked a brick-and-mortar storefront as we focus on our wholesale business and prepare for our next steps.
